Dental health is very important, and its importance is not only limited to your teeth, but extends to the rest of your body. This is due to the fact that the human mouth contains a large number of bacteria, and thus fail to maintain dental daily hygiene may lead to chronic diseases and possibly irreparable damage to your teeth.

Make sure to brush your teeth daily to avoid any decay in the future.

How to protect your teeth from decay?

  • Maintain a tooth-brushing routine consisting of brushing your teeth two to three times daily.
  • Make sure to brush every angle of every tooth.
  • Make regular visits to your dentist.
  • Use dental floss at least once; to remove any food from between your teeth.
  • Use a toothpaste that contains Fluoride.

Senior Changes

  • Physical changes: weak or loss of memory, impaired vision, hearing, or senses in general, chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions etc…

 

  • Social changes: feelings of emptiness and loneliness as a result of their distant children or friends.
